When your order is completed with a successful payment verification, our team will work on shipping your order within the next 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Yes you can. You can deliver to anywhere that is most convenient for you; home, work, a friend's, or even a pickup locker. Just make sure to fill in the right address during checkout.

Most customers order their Protoflow from the continental USA and receive it within 5–8 business days. For international customers, it may take more time based on the preceding information.

How do I track my shipment?

What if I made an error when entering my shipping address?
